Shipping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Shipping Methods for Small Item:
• Express: 1-2 business days
• Premium: 2-3 business days
• Standard: 3-5 business days
• Value: 5-9 business days (Not all items are eligible for Value Shipping)

Processing time is not included in the above-mentioned shipping times.
The Addition of 3-5 business days is a must to standard Shipment to Alaska or Hawaii.
Some products are only available in the Continental (48) United States.
Weather-related shipping delays are beyond’s control.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

Your order’s delivery time is governed by 2 factors: processing & shipping.
Is there any delay between when you place your order and when it leaves the warehouse? Processing time is normally finished within 1-2 business days for packages and 1-5 business days for larger packages that ship Freight for most items.
When an item leaves the warehouse, shipping begins and ends when it arrives at the Customer’s specified delivery address. To understand more, follow the tracking information.
The following items usually require additional processing time:

• Jewellery
• Mattresses
• Specialty furniture
• Items that can be personalized, such as water bottles.
• Items that can be installed include hot tubs, safes, vending machines, industrial kitchens, garage doors, as well as appliances.

How Do I Track My Order?

You will receive a tracking number through email, once your order is on its way.
To track your package, simply click on the link in the email, which will take you to the courier’s website. If you are unable to find the tracking email, please check your spam and junk folders.


There is also a “Track your Order” tab, which displays packages that are on their way or have recently been shipped to your address. You will exactly know which packages are coming to you through USPS and when they’ll arrive. This dashboard displays packages for 15 days after they are delivered.

Do I Need A Account To Place Order?

You must have to register an account with us in order to place an order. If you are an existing customer, you may sign in with your email address and password before placing your order.
