Steel knives, comes this unique Eagle Damascus sheaf Set

This knife comes with a beautiful leather sheath. The knife has a razor sharp edge.

Blade of the knife is hand forged with above 300 Layers of 1095 and

15N20 high carbon tool steels, with nickel layer.

Extreme heat treatment has been applied to achieve a tempered

steel level of 56 to 57 HRC .

The knife handle is made of olive wood secured with brass pins..

 

This knives have beautiful file work on the rear of the blade.

Please also note that natural materials such as bone and horn have natural

color variations, hair line cracks (that do not weaken the handle), and

surface textures that are not as smooth as molded plastic, for example. But

his is exactly what sets them apart from synthetic materials, and provides

their appeal. No two are the same.

BLADE MATERIAL:

The High Grade Damascus steel used for these blades consists of layers of low carbon & high

carbon (1095&15N20) mixture welded, forged and hammered several times to obtain Up to

200 Layers. The hardness of these blades is up to 56 to 58 HRC on the Rockwell scale providing

sharp edges that are designed for lots of use. Precision heat treating methods are employed to

provide the sharpest, most enduring edges available. Only quality materials have been used to

create this beautiful Knives Set.
